It's raining....ICE

That's right we have more ice. Now in the form of sleet. If you turn on the TV all you can watch on ABC, NBC, and CBS, are the local weather guys talking about the ice. Here is the backyard it is a little deceptive, it looks like snow, but they are really small pieces of ice.

See not snow, little balls of ice, under that is the layer of ice. It makes it super slick outside.

It does make things pretty outside, as long as you don't have to be outside. Jay's work truck is out in the street, it isn't going anywhere today!

This was this morning you can see the balls of ice falling. The wind is also blowing, so it stings a little when one hits you.  (am I back in Chicago?)

This is going to be my view of the snow for the rest of the day. Looking from the inside out! We are staying inside watching movies, playing games and cooking a homemade pizza!

I just did a post on this nasty ice stuff too!!

I'm glad you all get to stay home. We are doing the same.

I hope it doesn't get as bad as the last one! At least we still have power!

That looks nasty and it's heading up my way here in New England. Glad you like the post about little boys. We call the kitchen counter the nascaar raceway. I get excited every year the Hess Truck comes out.

I'm following.

It's lovely, really. :) I love snow, ice, and anything that blankets the ground. I suppose that is because I live in an area where that stuff is hard to come by!

Thanks for stopping by today. :)

Reciprocating a visit. Thanks for stopping by!

It's snowing here, has been all day. Your ice is supposed to hit here by tomorrow. Ick! I'd much rather deal with snow than ice.
