This is a recipe I make often. Simply because it is so easy, there is a WIDE variety of variations, and everyone seems to love them.
Here are the ingredients that I used tonight:
1lb ground turkey (I used ground beef sometimes)
1 can of Hatch green chili's
1 can of Pillsbury Grand rolls
about 1/2 or less a cup of BBQ sauce
They are EASY, EASY!! Preheat your oven to 400. All you do is brown the turkey (or ground beef). Drain the fat, put the meat into a bowl. Add the green chilies and the BBQ sauce and mix well. Then get a muffin pan out. Open the package of biscuits and form into the muffin pan. Fill the "cups" of biscuits with the meat mixture, top with a sprinkle of your favorite cheese. Put them in the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Then you are DONE. Easy right.
Variations I have made:
Eggs and sausage for breakfast
Chopped brisket and BBQ
Italian sausage with onions and green peppers
Shredder BBQ chicken
I have a good friend who makes pizza cups with sausage, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and cheese.
Basically anything you can come up with will work
